We share and learn to prevent future incidents, we share safety innovations and best practice with our peers, and we cooperate on safety - with the clear and common goal of a safe workplace for everyone in our industry.
What Health Safety and Environment Representatives (HSERs) know is that success comes in many forms. The role of the HSER is to raise and facilitate HSE issues and opportunities on behalf of their work group.
In alignment with our Q2 Theme ‘Preventing Personal Injuries’, the following HSER Success Story is an example of HSERs working together with management on behalf of everyone in their workplace - a win-win situation.
